Foam Kiss Cake

biscuit base

  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder

chocolate cake

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 4 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 400 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Baking soda
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 280 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder

  • 2 packet Chocolate kisses
  • 150 g Nut and nougat cream sweet
  • 2 Pc. Banana
  • 1 packet Chocolate shavings
  1. For the sponge cake, stir together the vanilla sugar, sugar and eggs until frothy. Mix the baking powder with the flour and stir in a spoonful into the foamy mixture. Stir in a little water so that the dough does not become too firm.
  2. Line the bottom of a round baking pan with parchment paper and grease the edge. Put the dough in the baking pan and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
  3. For the chocolate cake, bring the milk to the boil, stir in the cocoa powder and melt the butter in it. Let the cocoa cool and stir in the eggs.
  4. Mix all other ingredients in a mixing bowl, then slowly stir the cocoa with the eggs with the other ingredients. Grease a baking pan and pour the batter into the baking pan.
  5. Bake the dough for 50 minutes at 170 degrees in a preheated oven. When the chocolate cake is cold, cut it in half and remove the top half.
  6. Separate the foam kisses from the waffle and mix in a bowl to a cream. Remove the cooled sponge cake base from the mold and decorate with fruit, the foam kiss cream and other sweets as desired. Do the same with the chocolate cake and decorate as you wish.
