Fondue or Raclette Dip
The perfect fondue or raclette dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Quark semi-fat
- 200 g Sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Peppers green yellow
- 0,5 Pc. Diced carrots
- 1 Knife point Curry
- Salt and pepper
- Milk
- 1 Pc. Kumquat fresh
- 2 Pc. Glitter decoration
- Mix the quark and sour cream with milk, season.
- Peel the carrot and cut into very small cubes.
- Clean and wash the peppers and cut into very small cubes.
- Divide into 2 glasses and decorate the first with paprika.
- Decorate the 2nd glass with carrot and kumquat. Set glitter.
