Fondue or Raclette Dip

The perfect fondue or raclette dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Quark semi-fat
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Peppers green yellow
  • 0,5 Pc. Diced carrots
  • 1 Knife point Curry
  • Salt and pepper
  • Milk
  • 1 Pc. Kumquat fresh
  • 2 Pc. Glitter decoration
  1. Mix the quark and sour cream with milk, season.
  2. Peel the carrot and cut into very small cubes.
  3. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into very small cubes.
  4. Divide into 2 glasses and decorate the first with paprika.
  5. Decorate the 2nd glass with carrot and kumquat. Set glitter.
