Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 250 g turkey meat, cut into strips
- 5 sausages (white sausages), skinned, sliced
- 250 g pork (pork loin), cut into strips
- 250 g beef fillet(s), cut into strips
- 2 liters of meat broth, preferably homemade
- 4 stalk(s) baguette(s) (lye baguette)
- 4 stalk(s) baguette(s)
- Sauce, 5 fondue sauces
- 1 serving of ketchup

our traditional Christmas version
Divide the sliced meat decoratively among 4 plates and refrigerate until ready to serve. Bring the meat broth to a boil on the stovetop and then continue simmering on a fondue set. Slice the bread and divide it between 2 bread baskets. Once the family is gathered, serve the meat and sauces. We add ketchup for those who don’t like sauces – it’s always available at the table.
