  • 2 liters of meat broth, preferably homemade
  • 4 stalk(s) baguette(s) (lye baguette)
  • 4 stalk(s) baguette(s)
  • Sauce, 5 fondue sauces
  • 1 serving of ketchup

Divide the sliced ​​meat decoratively among 4 plates and refrigerate until ready to serve. Bring the meat broth to a boil on the stovetop and then continue simmering on a fondue set. Slice the bread and divide it between 2 bread baskets. Once the family is gathered, serve the meat and sauces. We add ketchup for those who don’t like sauces – it’s always available at the table.
