Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder, e.g. Galetta cream pudding vanilla flavor
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 750 g jelly, green, ready-made

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

A total hit, not just at children’s birthday parties.

Grease a baking tray and preheat the oven to 150°C fan/convection oven. For the batter, mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Spread the batter on the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. Allow the cake to cool on the tray. For the topping, prepare the cream according to the package instructions, but with 200g cream and 300ml milk. Set two tablespoons of the cream aside in a piping bag for decoration. Spread the rest over the cooled cake. Put the jelly in a bowl and mix, then spread it over the cream layer to create grass. Use the reserved cream to draw lines on the football field. Eat the cake straight away or refrigerate until ready to serve.
