Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 1 pack of whipped cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 300 g berries (forest fruit mix, frozen)
  • 100 g ladyfingers, broken into small pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the low-fat quark with the natural yogurt, whipped cream, and sugar until creamy. Sprinkle the crumbled sponge fingers on the bottom of the dessert bowls, fill halfway with the cream, and sprinkle with more crumbs. Blend the remaining cream with the 300g of slightly frozen forest fruits and fill the dessert bowls evenly. Sprinkle with more crumbled sponge fingers. It’s best to serve this shortly before serving, as the crumbs will otherwise go soft. Russian bread can also be used instead of sponge fingers.
