Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spaghetti), raw
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 4 eggs, hard boiled
- ½ ring/e meat sausage or a small jar of poultry sausage
- 5 cucumbers (gherkins)
- 250 ml mayonnaise or Miracel Whip
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
Party salad, pasta salad
Cook the pasta until al dente. Cut the sausage into small cubes (or thinly slice the sausages). Peel and finely dice the hard-boiled eggs. Finely dice the gherkins. Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper. I always prepare the salad a day in advance and adjust the seasoning just before serving. If you like, you can add a little pickle juice, but that’s a matter of taste.
