Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g waxy potatoes
- 60 g butter
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 5 leaves of sage, small
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper, fresh ground.

Scented salted potatoes
Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Place them in a cloth and pat dry. Fry them in a pan with oil and butter. Once golden brown, transfer the pan to the oven and finish cooking. Season with the required amount of salt, a mixture of chopped sage, rosemary, a few drops of garlic juice (for this, gently crush the clove in a garlic press), and pepper. Sprinkle the potatoes with this seasoning as soon as they come out of the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve as a side dish.
