Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bunch of herbs, for Frankfurt Green Sauce
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 30 g peanuts, unsalted, chopped
- 30 g Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Chop the herbs and blend them with the vegetable stock in a blender until smooth. Stir in the peanuts, Parmesan cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
