Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes (floury)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
great for kids
Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly thin sticks. Toss them well with the oil in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Arrange the potato sticks on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Season with salt and serve. Homemade ketchup (in my recipes) goes perfectly with this dish.
