Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 24 ladyfingers
- 100 g butter, soft
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 50 ml schnapps (mirabelle plum schnapps)
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Break the sponge fingers into pieces and chop them very finely in a food processor or Quickchef. Combine with butter, egg yolk, and powdered sugar, then stir in the schnapps. Chill the mixture for half an hour. Shape a teaspoonful of the mixture into a small ball, or “mirabelle.” Roll the sponge fingers in the sugar and place them in small praline capsules.
