Pasta and asparagus salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 200 g smoked turkey breast
  • 1 can asparagus, pieces
  • 100 g salad cream with yogurt.
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 bunch lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Break the pasta into pieces, add it to boiling salted water with the oil, and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let drain. Cut the turkey breast into strips. Drain the asparagus, reserving the asparagus water, and let it drain. Mix the salad cream with a little of the asparagus water and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the salad ingredients to the sauce, mix well, and let it marinate. Serve the salad. Wash the lemon balm, pluck the leaves from the stems, and scatter over the salad.
