Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 rolls (milk rolls)
- 150 ml milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- some cinnamon sugar
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the milk rolls on a plate and let them dry until they are completely firm; this can take a few days. Grate off the top layer of the milk rolls and place it in a container. Mix the milk with the vanilla sugar and soak the firm, grated milk rolls in it until they are fully absorbed. Then roll them in the crumbs and fry in a pan until golden brown. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on the plate.
