Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 1 handful of Parmesan, grated
  • 1 handful of Emmental cheese, grated
  • 4 slice(s) sandwich toast or toast
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 4 slices of Emmental cheese
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

in the AirFryer – without béchamel sauce

Mix a few spoonfuls of crème fraîche with grated Parmesan and Emmental cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Butter a slice of toast and top with the ham, cheese, and cheese. Spread another slice of toast with the crème fraîche mixture. Place the buttered side on the ham, cheese, and buttered toast, and spread the unbuttered side with the crème fraîche mixture as well. Bake in the AirFryer at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 6-8 minutes using the “Roast” program.
