Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 12 slices of toast
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml yogurt
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix everything thoroughly, except for the toast. Soften the slices of toast individually and fry them in a pan with a little butter until golden brown. Then spread with maple syrup, honey, Nutella, or jam.
