Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s), 15 cm
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 small tomato(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 slice(s) sausage, cold cuts (e.g. mortadella, cured ham, …)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the garlic clove and shallot and dice them into small pieces. Mix with the mayonnaise and tomato paste and let it stand (season with salt and pepper if desired). In the meantime, halve the baguette lengthwise and slice the tomato. Spread the tomato paste and mayonnaise on both halves of the baguette and top with the lettuce, cold cuts, and tomato slices in the same order. Close and enjoy! Enjoy!
