French Toast with Banana
The perfect french toast with banana recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Caramelized bananas
- 0,5 Cup Butter
- 0,75 Cup Sugar brown
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla pod scraped out
- 5 Pc. Bananas

- 8 Pc. Eggs
- 0,75 Cup Sugar brown
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0,25 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla pod scraped out
- 1 Cup Cream
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Pc. Baguette
- Powdered sugar
- Melt the butter in a pan. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and stir well. Let the sugar caramelize lightly.
- Cut the bananas into slices and turn the slices in the caramel.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, heavy cream and milk.
- Cut the baguette into small cubes and add to the egg-cream mixture. Mix well and let it steep.
- Put the baguette mixture in a baking dish and spread the caramel bananas on top.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Finally, decorate with a little powdered sugar.
