Spicy French Toast
The perfect spicy french toast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Eggs
- 150 ml Milk
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper
- 4 Discs Sandwich Toast
- 4 Discs Ham sausage
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- Mix the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl. Season well with cayenne pepper, pepper and salt.
- 2 Cover slices of sandwich toast with 2-6 slices of ham sausage and cover with 2 slices of sandwich toast. Place the pressed bread slices in the egg milk, let them soak in briefly and turn.
- Heat the butter lard in a non-stick pan. Fry the bread until golden brown in it over a medium heat. Drain briefly on kitchen paper. Halve diagonally and serve with a salad.
