Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a dough. The cups for flour and sugar refer to the yogurt cup, as this is what you’ll use to measure everything. You can sprinkle cocoa, rum flavoring, or other tasty ingredients into the dough, as it’s neutral. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes, or a few minutes longer if necessary.
