Ingredients
Salad ingredients
- 1 Ds. White large beans (425 ml)
- 1 Pcs Small snake cucumber approx. 100 g with the skin cut into sticks
- 1 Pcs Diced small yellow peppers
- 6 Pcs Sliced radishes (or more, if you like)
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes cut in half or quartered
- 1 Pcs Red onion cut into 1/2 rings
- 1 Bed Cress or other sprouts (e.g. radish sprouts)
for the dressing
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Crema Bianco
- 2 tbsp Good olive oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 2 MS Sambal Olek or 1 teaspoon hot chili sauce or 1 teaspoon chili oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Pepper to taste (here Tellicherry pepper)
Instructions
- First make the dressing from the specified ingredients. Whisk everything together well. If children eat, add the spiciness a little more carefully.
- Pour off half of the liquid from the beans, the rest can be added to the salad. Pour into the dressing. Stir. That can go on a little longer.
- Now add the other prepared salad ingredients one after the other, except for the cress.
- You should only mix the salad about 10 minutes before eating, otherwise it will absorb too much liquid. Season again heartily with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cress on top just before serving.
- We like to eat the salad with grilled dishes.
