Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 avocados, ripe
  • 1 tbsp, heaped quark, approx. 125 g
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and mash the mixture with a fork. Add the quark and stir. Finely chop the shallot and add it as well. Season the dip generously with salt and pepper. Mix everything together well, then serve and enjoy. Goes very well with potatoes and sweet potatoes.
