Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g carrot(s)
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon(s)
- 2 kiwis
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 125 ml yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt
- Ginger powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and trim the carrots and apple, then finely grate them. Squeeze the lemon and mix it with the grated lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown. Peel the kiwis. Dice the kiwis and pineapple slices. Mix with the grated lemon juice. Mix the yogurt with the honey and spices. Mix into the salad. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
