Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g spelt, coarsely ground
  • e.g. apple juice or water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 200 ml cream
  • n. B. Fresh fruits (of your choice and season), chopped
  • 25 g almond flakes
  • 25 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

with spelt

In the evening, place the freshly ground spelt in a bowl and add enough apple juice or water to cover the spelt. Close the bowl and let it soak overnight at room temperature. In the morning, add the chopped fruit and all other ingredients to the spelt and mix everything together.
