Fresh muesli with fruits and nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp, heaped banana(s)
  • 1 blueberries
  • 4 raspberries
  • 4 Physalis
  • 2 tbsp, heaped mango(s), chopped
  • 2 tbsp, heaped nuts, crushed
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mash the banana with a fork until smooth. Wash the raspberries and blueberries and add them. Separate the physalis from the leaves, wash, halve, and add them. Peel the mango and cut off a strip of flesh, chop it into small pieces, and add it. (Wrap the remaining mango in plastic wrap and refrigerate for the next day.) Chop the nuts and add them. Now add oatmeal if desired for filling. Add a dollop of honey and almond milk. Note: The banana is a must, but the mango and honey can be omitted if it’s too sweet. If you like, you can also replace them with chopped dates—they also add a nice sweetness.
