Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 g pudding powder, instant, vanilla or other
  • n. B. Fruit
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 15 minutes

Whisk the quark with milk, sugar, and pudding mix until smooth. Fold in bite-sized pieces of seasonal fruit of your choice. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it in. Chill for 30 minutes.
