Fresh Summer Cream
The perfect fresh summer cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Fresh summer cream
- 500 g Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Sprinkle sweetness
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Homemade pudding powder
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 25 g Sprinkle sweetness
- 2 tbsp Vanilla extract
Decoration
- 6 piece Strawberries
- Strawberry puree (leftovers from the bowl)
- Berry muesli to your taste
- 5 Chocolate mint (from our own garden)
- Dust the cocoa powder to taste
- Wash the strawberries, cut off the greens and cut into small pieces. Put in a tall container. Take a wand and puree the whole thing. Transfer to a bowl, add the tablespoon of sugar and stir in a little lemon juice.
- Pour the cream into a tall container and add the pudding powder. Beat the whole thing up stiff. This makes the cream firmer and has a vanilla taste. Then put both containers in a cool place. Now take another bowl and add the low-fat quark there.
- Add the sprinkle of sugar and vanilla extract and stir until creamy with a magic wand. Then add the chilled strawberry puree and stir. Then fold in the chilled cream and mix well. Dusted with a sliced strawberry, some berry muesli, a chocolate mint and some cocoa powder, enjoy.
