Roast Onion Roast with Fried Bread Dumplings

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Red onions
  • 2 Discs Roast beef
  • 30 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Pc. Dumplings
  • 40 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp Steak pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brush a grill pan with oil and fry the roast beef slices in it over high heat for 1 minute on each side, season with salt and pepper. Put in the oven at 80 degrees. Peel the onions and cut into thin slices. Sauté in a pan with butter, season with salt and pepper, distribute on the roast beef slices. Cook the bread dumplings according to the instructions on the packet, let them cool. Cut the dumplings into 1cm thick slices. Heat the butter with the sunflower seeds and steak pepper in a large non-stick pan, fry the dumplings on both sides. Serve with the onion roast.
