Fried Cauliflower on Quinoa Minced Bolognese

The perfect fried cauliflower on quinoa minced bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Minced beef
  • 50 g Quinoa, red
  • 1 Pc. Paprika, red
  • 2 Pc. Panicle tomatoes
  • 1 Pc. Cauliflower fresh
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 300 ml Tomato pulp, chunky
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Rose paprika, hot
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Rapeseed oil
  1. Bring 100ml of salted water to the boil in a small saucepan and let the quinoa simmer for about 20 minutes over a low heat.
  2. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the garlic. Core the peppers and cut into pieces, also cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  3. Heat some rapeseed oil in a pan. Briefly sauté the garlic in it. Add the ground beef and fry briefly, then add the finished quinoa and tomato paste and fry a little. Deglaze with the chunky tomatoes, bring to the boil briefly and leave to steep for about 10 minutes over low heat.
  4. Cut the cauliflower into slices about 1cm thick. Salt the slices and dust them with a little flour.
  5. Heat rapeseed oil in a large pan and fry the cauliflower slices vigorously on each side for about 5 minutes.
  6. Season the quinoa mince sauce strongly with the spices and arrange everything together.
