Fried Cauliflower on Quinoa Minced Bolognese
The perfect fried cauliflower on quinoa minced bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Minced beef
- 50 g Quinoa, red
- 1 Pc. Paprika, red
- 2 Pc. Panicle tomatoes
- 1 Pc. Cauliflower fresh
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 300 ml Tomato pulp, chunky
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Cayenne pepper
- Rose paprika, hot
- Cumin
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Rapeseed oil
- Bring 100ml of salted water to the boil in a small saucepan and let the quinoa simmer for about 20 minutes over a low heat.
- In the meantime, peel and finely chop the garlic. Core the peppers and cut into pieces, also cut the tomatoes into pieces.
- Heat some rapeseed oil in a pan. Briefly sauté the garlic in it. Add the ground beef and fry briefly, then add the finished quinoa and tomato paste and fry a little. Deglaze with the chunky tomatoes, bring to the boil briefly and leave to steep for about 10 minutes over low heat.
- Cut the cauliflower into slices about 1cm thick. Salt the slices and dust them with a little flour.
- Heat rapeseed oil in a large pan and fry the cauliflower slices vigorously on each side for about 5 minutes.
- Season the quinoa mince sauce strongly with the spices and arrange everything together.
