Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 chicory
- some butter for frying
- 6 slices of blue cheese
- 1 handful of cheese, grated
- some garlic powder
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut off the bottom of the chicory and split it lengthwise. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chicory halves, cut-side down. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes. Then flip the halves. Sprinkle the garlic powder, blue cheese, and grated cheese over the halves. Now add a little hot water to the pan, re-cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the water has evaporated. I don’t add any salt, as the blue cheese is salty enough.
