Vanilla yogurt with fresh fruit

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 kiwifruit, ripe
  • 1 large apple, with fine acidity, e.g. Cox Orange
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Super tasty and easy

Mash the banana and mix with the yogurt. Cut the apple and kiwi into small pieces and stir in. Add a little freshly squeezed lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Let it sit until the flavors of the ingredients have fully developed. Then season to taste and refine with lemon juice or vanilla sugar, if desired. Variation: Stir in some fizzy powder with the vanilla sugar, choosing the fruit flavoring to your liking.
