Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 170 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Thermomix recipe

Combine all ingredients in the mixing bowl and cook for 5 minutes at 80°C on speed 3. Then transfer the mixture to a freezer container and let it cool. After about 60 minutes, transfer to the freezer and chill for 7 hours. Before enjoying, cut the mixture into large cubes, return it to the mixing bowl, and blend for 1 minute on speed 10 until frothy.
