Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 2 slices of salami
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- rosemary
- oregano
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- possibly olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the salami into squares, place them in a small pan, and fry. Drain the fat on kitchen paper. Slice the tomatoes and season with rosemary, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brown the tomatoes in the pan, adding 1 teaspoon of olive oil if desired. Crack the egg and pour it over the tomatoes. Sprinkle the salami pieces on top and finish frying until golden brown.
