Fried eggs in cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk flour with milk and sour cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the eggs in butter. Place the eggs, including the fat, in a baking dish and pour the cream sauce over them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 15 minutes.
