Fried Eggs on Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 Broccoli 400 g / cleaned approx. 300 g
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 4 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 3 Small cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

Fried eggs:

  • Heat sunflower oil (2 tablespoons) in a pan, crack open the eggs, slide into the pan and fry until the egg white solidifies, with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches).

Steamed broccoli:

  • Fill the pot of the steamer insert with 500 ml salt water (2 teaspoons salt) and place the steamer insert on it. Clean the broccoli, cut into small florets and place in the steam egg set. Steam the broccoli with the lid closed for about 10 minutes and then season with coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (4 big pinches),

Serve:

  • Arrange the broccoli florets decoratively on a plate, cover with the fried eggs and garnish with 3 small cherry tomatoes, serve.
