Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 750g spaghetti
- 1 kg spinach, frozen
- 100 g bacon
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 150 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil water and cook the spaghetti as desired. Meanwhile, dice the bacon and fry in a saucepan. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Add the spinach to the pan and thaw over low heat with the lid closed. Then stir in the cream and cheese and bring the sauce to a boil. Seasoning is usually not necessary, as the bacon and cheese provide enough flavor.
