- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Cut the smoked tofu into strips approximately 2-3 mm thick and place them in a food storage container. Crush the garlic and add it to the container with the other ingredients. Close the lid and rotate the container to mix all the ingredients. Let the container stand in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. (You can always leave it longer.) Heat a nonstick pan and then reduce the heat to medium. Pour the contents of the can into the hot pan and cook until the marinade has evaporated. Tastes great with salads, ramen, and stir-fried noodles.
