Fried Maultaschen with apple and vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 1 pack of Maultasche(s)
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 1 spring onion(s), red
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • cumin
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, dice the bell pepper, apple, and onion, then slice the spring onion. Then slice the Maultaschen into strips. Finally, whisk the eggs. Sauté the onion in a hot pan with a little oil, then add the Maultaschen and fry until lightly browned. Then add the apple and continue frying. Next, add the bell pepper and spring onion, and after a short time, season with a little salt and cumin. Finally, add the egg to the pan and stir in the remaining ingredients. When the egg begins to set, the dish is ready.
