Ham pasta with cheese and egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 200 g ham, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic with the butter in a pan. Add the ham and fry briefly, without browning. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, if desired. Then add the drained pasta to the pan and toss. Beat the eggs and pour over the pasta, tossing frequently until the egg is set. Finally, pour the Emmental cheese over the pasta and toss to melt the cheese. I like to garnish the plates with curry ketchup and sprinkle chives over the pasta.
