Fried Maultaschen with egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 Maultasche(n), bought or homemade
  • 3 large eggs
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat some oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the Maultaschen (ravioli) and the beaten eggs. Turn occasionally. Season with salt or pepper, if desired.
