Fried Mii Noodles with Turkey and Vegetables

- 250 g Mii noodles
- 450 g Turkey breast fillet
- 400 g Mixed peppers
- 3 Pcs Onions
- 20 g Clarified butter
- 2 Glasses Wok vegetables
- Salt and pepper
- 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- Cook the Mii noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
- Preheat the wok pan and let 10 g clarified butter melt in it. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes, cut the onions into strips. Put the vegetables in the pan and fry for about 10 minutes, but should not pull any color, take them out of the pan and keep warm.
- Put the remaining clarified butter in the pan and fry the finely chopped turkey meat in it. Just before the end of the roasting process, season the meat with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and soy sauce. Also remove from the pan and keep warm.
- Now drain the cooked noodles and fry them in the pan. Now add the wok vegetables and heat over a low flame. Then add the remaining vegetables and turkey meat to the pan and heat well. Season the pasta pan to taste and, depending on your taste, add seasoning. Now serve the Mii noodles hot.
