Fried Mini Babybell

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bag of cheese (Mini Babybell)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Remove the mini Babybells from their shells and set aside. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and place them on a plate – if necessary, pierce the yolks with a knife to spread them out. Place the breadcrumbs on another plate. Heat a little oil in a pan. Take one Babybell at a time and dip it in the egg yolk. Then coat it in the breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper, and place it in the hot pan. Repeat this with all the Babybells, one at a time, and wait until they are nicely cooked. Serve hot.
