Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g pasta (horn pasta)
- 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- some salt and pepper, white
- 80 g clarified butter
- 2 onions
- Thyme, dried
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper. Heat 40g of clarified butter and fry the meat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Peel and dice the onions, then add them shortly before the end of the cooking time and fry until golden brown. Then remove everything from the pan. Add the remaining clarified butter to the pan and fry the cooked pasta until crispy and brown. Season with salt, pepper, herbs, and paprika. Stir in the meat and onion mixture.
