Fried noodles with egg, cheese and grapes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 100 g green grapes (seedless or pitted)
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (or Tabasco)
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 4 Landjäger
  • some salt and pepper
  • 4 leaves basil, chopped
  • Maggi
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente (lightly salt the water) and cut into pieces of about 4-5 cm. Cut the Landjäger sausage into small slices and fry, then add the pasta and fry. Mix the eggs and white wine and add to the pan. When the egg is golden brown, add the cheese, Maggi, pepper, basil, and chili sauce (you can also use a chopped chili or Tabasco). When the cheese has melted, remove everything from the pan. Cut the grapes into eighths, caramelize them with the sugar in the pan, and then add them to the rest. Done.
