Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 pinch(s) black pepper
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Especially delicious with salmon steaks

Combine the mustard and oil, add pepper and chopped garlic. Mix well, then add the vinegar. Brush the fish with it and cook in the oven.
