Like from the Chinese man

Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate in soy sauce and sambal oelek for at least 60 minutes. Cook the mie noodles according to the package instructions. Scramble the eggs with soy sauce and remove from the pan. Brown the meat in oil, sesame oil, and soy sauce and add the vegetables. Cook everything together for about 10 minutes. Then add the noodles and cook for another 10 minutes. Season everything with soy sauce and sesame oil. Then add the scrambled eggs. You can also use fresh vegetables. Instead of poultry, you can use meat or fish. The vegetables can also be varied; for example, I like to use diced carrots, broccoli, or corn in this dish.
