Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (up to 5 cm in size is preferable)
- 2 eggs
- 3 sausages (Wiener)
- some oil
- Fondor
- Tomato ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, cook the pasta until al dente; it shouldn’t be too soft. Meanwhile, thinly slice the sausages and fry them lightly in a little oil, then remove them from the pan. Add the drained pasta to the hot pan and fry until crispy. Then add the sausages again. Once the pasta is nice and crispy, add the beaten eggs. Stir well to ensure the eggs are evenly distributed and also fry a little. Finally, season with Fondor. If you like, you can also add ketchup.
