Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g butter
- 225 g hazelnuts, ground
- 300 g dark chocolate, ground
- 225 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp rum
- 150 g powdered sugar
- possibly grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Fold in all the remaining ingredients, finally the flour mixed with baking powder. Spread onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 175°C (150°C fan oven) for about 35 minutes. Once cooled, cover with the glaze and cut into approximately 3×3 cm squares. Tip: For children, use lemon juice instead of rum for the glaze.
