Fried Noodles with Strips of Chicken Breast
The perfect fried noodles with strips of chicken breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin (sweet rice wine) or sherry
- 2 l Water
- 250 g Mie noodles
- 25 g Mu-Err mushrooms
- 150 g Leeks or spring onions
- 330 g Mung Bean Sprouts
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Discs Boiled ham, strength 2
- 6 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- Cut the poultry meat into thin strips. Mix the soy sauce and rice wine in a bowl and add the poultry strips and turn them every now and then.
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and prepare according to the instructions on the package. Drain on a sieve and briefly rinse with cold water. Prepare the mushrooms according to the instructions on the packet.
- Clean the leek and cut into rings, peel the carrot and cut into fine strips. Cut the ham into cubes.
- Heat the oil in a coated saucepan and remove the meat from the meat and place it immediately in the saucepan. Stir so that nothing burns. Then add the carrot, leek, mung seedlings and ham. Fry for 5 minutes while stirring and add the remaining chips. Then add the pasta and fry everything again for 5 minutes (turn over and over again so that nothing burns).
- Season to taste with salt, soy sauce, paprika powder and curry. If you want, you can also add Sambal Oelek.
