Fried Noodles with Chicken Breast

  • 2 grilled Chicken breasts
  • 120 g Asian noodles
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Solo garlic
  • 300 gs of green Frozen wok vegetables
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce chinese
  • 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into slices, cut the bell pepper into strips, slice the spring onions and finely chop the Solo garlic. Put the pasta in a saucepan and pour boiling water over it, let stand for 10 minutes and pour into a sieve to drain.
  2. Heat a wok with a little sesame oil and fry the garlic with the vegetables in it until everything has got a little color. Pour on a plate and heat some more oil in the pan; Now fry the meat briefly, turning it continuously … then fill it with the meat on the plate.
  3. Finally, the pasta and the rest of the oil are placed in the pan and fried, turning constantly. When they are also appetizingly roasted, mix in the vegetables with the meat and also the soy sauce with the sambal oelek. Let everything sizzle for another two minutes and serve immediately.
