Fried noodles with tuna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle or penne
  • Salt water, strong
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • lots of parsley
  • possibly corn
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick, easy, variable and delicious

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, adding plenty of salt if desired. Brown the tuna in a pan with the garlic and a dash of oil. Drain the pasta, add it to the pan, mix everything together, and fry briefly. Now add the corn and diced onion. When translucent, stir in the crème fraîche and season with parsley and pepper. Serve immediately.
