Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g spaghetti without egg
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 75 ml soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Ginger powder
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 3 portions of turkey fillet(s)
- Butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice the leek and cut the bell pepper into 1 x 1 cm pieces. Brown the turkey fillet in a pan with butter. When cooked through, remove from the pan and place on a plate. Add a little butter to the same pan and brown all the vegetables. First the carrots, then the leek and peas, and finally the bell pepper. Add the cooked noodles and season with soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, and paprika, and brown everything together. Cut the turkey fillet into wide slices, add to the pan, and return to the heat.
